Given the interweaving in space and time of these operations, it is essential that interfaces and interactions are managed within the framework of a global inter -site OPC mission to prioritize interventions and control the work and intervention inInterface of all these operations.
The mission of the holder corresponds to the elements described in article R2431-17 of the public procurement code.Works carried out between the various works owners present on the ZAC over a period of 4 years.
The service provider must ensure that the work takes place in the best conditions of coordination and deadlines, in the study phase as in the operational phase. So all the missions ofService provider will be in close collaboration with the project team of the Metropolis of Lyon.
The market is made up of 3 missions:
- Mission A: Ensemble coordination on the duration of the market which consists in collecting information, coordinating and managing the interfaces of the various projects
-Mission B: Planning and overall phasing of the ZAC on the duration of the market which consists in developing the schedules and phase plans
- Mission C: Specific analysis of building islands, as a function of advancement, in study phase and in works phase
