Description:
The purpose of this project is to secure the fences of the fences of the Maison Enfance Quebec, Sis 1 rue Quebec in Troyes (10000). In accordance with article L.2113-10 of the public procurement code, the consultation is the subject of 3 lots defined as follows: lot n 1: demolition / masonry - Lot n 2: fences - lot n 3: electricity. * Electricity work will be carried out by the contracting company for the framework agreement relating to current maintenance work in communal buildings. This consultation therefore only relates to lots n 1 demolition / masonry and N 2 fences. Procedure adapted in application of the arts. L. 2120-1-2 , L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1-1 of the public procurement code (CCP). Ordinary market treated at a global and flat -rate price. Execution time: the overall execution time is 15 weeks, including 8 weeks of preparation period : - The period of preparation lasting 8 weeks will start from the date prescribed by the starting service order. - the period of execution lasting 7 weeks will start from the date prescribed by the starting service order (forecast date of the start of the work : January 26, 2026) .-.
