This framework agreement relates to the realization of coordination mission in terms of safety and protection of workers' health (S.P.S.), relating to operations of category 2 and 3 (according to article R4532-1 of the Labor Code): 2nd category: Operations subject to the obligationof prior declaration provided for in article L.4532-1 not falling under the first category,
3rd category: operations subject to the obligation to establish a general coordination plan in application of articles R.4532-52 and R 4532-54 and other operations not falling under the firstand second categories.
