- Description:
- The purpose of the contract is the provision and integration into the Tisseo Voyageurs environment of a SaaS solution for claims and litigation management. Sizing elements are given in the consultation file (CCTP and its annexes). This is a mixed price market (a lump sum part and a unit price part) concluded for an initial period running from the date of notification until 3 years after signing the VSR, renewable twice for periods of one year. The commissioning of the solution (VSR start-up) must be effective on 01/12/2026. The part to purchase orders (excluding packages) is subject to a maximum threshold. Maximum threshold for the non-package portion over the initial period: 80,000 euros excluding tax; on the first and second renewal period: 20,000 euros excluding tax per period
