Description:
The passing procedure used is: the open tender. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the public procurement code. The Department of Pyrenees-Orientales is engaged in a proactive policy of promoting Agricultural and natural spaces with a sustainable development objective of the territory. The purpose of this consultation is the preparation and execution of an agricultural and environmental agricultural land development operation (AFAFE), in market value, in the municipalities of Laroque-des-Alberes and from Saint-Genis-des-Fontaines. The candidate will have to meet in particular the requirements set by articles L.121-16 and R.121-25-1 of the rural and maritime fishing code. In addition, this service must be performed in accordance with the provisions of the technical instructions (Annex 2 of the CCTP) for execution Land development operations in relation to this project
