The objective of this market is the realization of studies of the reliability program for the Val d'Author containment system.
Lot 1: Project management for work to rely on the section of the Digue de Belle Poule, belonging to the container system of the Authion Val
Lot 2: Program Global relocation of the valve of Authion Valle at the preliminary stage
This market consists of a project management market for the realization of reinforcement work on the section of the lifting of Belle Poule.
Global relief program of the containment system of Authion valve at the pre-project stadium
The main objective of the reliability will have the main objective of the work for securing populations with a gradation of the work to be implemented and meeting increasing levels of security level:
1. At first: The reliability of the containment system at the current level of protection (flood of return period t = 50 years) defined by the update of the EDD in 2023
2. In a second step: the enhancement of the level of protection at T = 70 years
