Description:
The CAP Excellence Agglomeration Community (EPCI) has been engaged since July 13, 2023 with the ANRU and the local partnership formed, in the new national urban renewal program (NPNRU) in the municipalities of Pointe-a-Pitre, Les Abymes and Baie-Mahault.
It was in this context that was Developed the NPNRU project of CAP Excellence (RUCAP), then a partnership project which was presented to the ANRU engagement committee, allowing
to achieve the signing of the RUCAP partnership agreement in July 2023.
As part of a mission of urban project management of the program, a program development has been drawn up and a successful development project was stopped.
This development program relates in particular to the Vieux-Bourg district and plans to allow the creation of 191 housing units, including 65 social housing units, 86 intermediate dwellings and 40 free dwellings, as well as 1540 m2 of shops and services.
The development, the marketing of the landed land and, if necessary, the realization of all or part of the program and its marketing constitute the object of the concession.
