Description:
The purpose of this consultation aims to supply and transport electricity for buildings in the city of Carmaux, including the EHPAD Residence du Bosc building, an establishment attached to the Communal Center for Social Action (CCAS) in Carmaux. Consultation also concerns lighting audience.
The market includes in particular the supply of electricity, distribution and transport as well as all associated charges (taxes, CEE obligation, capacity guarantee, etc.).
This contract constitutes a multi-attribute framework agreement, in application of articles R. 2162-2 and following of the public procurement code. He went into the name of a group of orders between the city of Carmaux and the CCAS of Carmaux.
The framework agreement will take effect from its date of notification to the holder for a period of four years (forty-eight months)
