Description:
The main goal of the "2025 Pylon" project is to define new-style pylons that will accompany the energy transition. The project will integrate in addition to the design, the large-scale manufacture of this new type of pylon. They are to be produced by the end of 2030. They will visually and physically represent the decarbonization within the national territory, as the lattice tower did during the electrification and nuclear power plants development in the 1970s. the purpose of these new-style pylons is to ease the social acceptance of new projects by evoking the renewal of the electrical grid and by minimizing the environnemental footprint. 2025 Pylon project looks for a new typology of transmission tower. Modernity and progress must be the future towers calling cards. This roadshow will present two purposes : - Present RTE's project "2025 Pylon" - Introduce the 2022 consultation process : steps, criteria and planning
