Description:
The award procedure used is an open call for tenders subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code.
This consultation is launched as part of a grouping of orders between Vienne Condrieu Agglomeration, the city of Vienna and Advivo. As part of this consultation, Vienne Condrieu Agglomeration is designated by agreement as coordinator of the command group.
The grouping of orders only concerns batch no. 5 for the city of Vienna and for all batches for Advivo.
The framework agreement with maximum is passed in application of articles L2125-1 1, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. It will result in the issuance of purchase orders.
Lot n1: maximum annual amount of 1,200,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
Lot n2: maximum annual amount of 1,200,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
Lot n3: maximum annual amount of 1,200,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
Lot n4: maximum annual amount of 1,200,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
Lot n5: maximum annual amount of 2,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax.
Each lot will be awarded separately.
Candidates have the opportunity to submit offers for all lots. The same candidate may be awarded a maximum number of 2 lots
