- The purpose of this order formal order agreement is the work necessary for the development, repair and maintenance of roads and public spaces of Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole, divided into 9 geographic lots and four technical lots. This consultation is carried out in theFramework of a group of orders in accordance with articles L. 2113-6 to L. 2113-8 of the public procurement code with the following organizations:-Montpellier Mediterranee Metropole (coordinator of the group)-City of Montpellier This is a mono-attribute framework agreement with annual thresholdMaximum went under articles L2125-1 1 , R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the public procurement code. The framework agreement will be executed by the emission of purchase orders. The services are paid by unit prices. The estimated amounts mentioned in the RC areindicatives and include all of the renewal periods. The maximum estimated value of the need for the entire duration of the contract (4 years maximum), for all lots and the two parties combined, is 164,400,000 euros H.T. The duration of the framework agreement is 1 year from the order ofStarter service, renewable 3 times 1 year. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution
