Description:
The framework agreement will be executed by the conclusion of subsequent markets and the emission of purchase orders under the conditions of the specifications.
Each batch will be the subject of a separate allocation.
The services are paid by unit prices.
Various works on roads, sidewalks and outbuildingsof roads ranging from the simple repair of roads /sidewalks, masonry work, work on city networks, safety arrangements, parking creations, to structuring requalification projects.
This framework agreement defines the terms governing the markets spent on itsFoundation, designated below subsequent markets, for the following services:
Lot 01 will be carried out in the form of subsequent markets, it concerns structuring development operations, and complete road repair whose value is greater than 500,000 euros (s) ht.
punctually,The contracting authority reserves the right for structuring operations less than 500,000 euros (s) HT to launch subsequent markets.
minimum = 1,500,000 euros (s) HT / maximum = 10,000,000 euros (s) HT
The amounts will be identical for each renewal period.
This framework agreementAlso fixes all the conditions for execution of the following services performed as the order form issued by the contracting authority:
