Description:
this consultation concerns services relating to the performance of various technical diagnoses such as asbestos; DTG, gas, termites, industrial and technological risks, DPE, electricity, sanitation; Carrez law, dta, dapp. The consultation took place in the form of a call for tenderss open European market, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2124-2.1, R2161-2, R2161-3, R2164-4 and R2161-5 of decree 2018-1075 of December 3, 2018. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with the provisions of articles R2162-13 and 2162-14 of the said decree. It is concluded without montant minimum and with a maximum amount of 600,000 euros (excl. tax). The consultation is launched within the framework of a simple emergency procedure (article R2161-3), following the contractor's failure to perform the services provided for in the contract, as well as the need to ensure the continuity of the prestations.
