Description:
The market, the subject of this consultation, is a supplies market as defined in article L.1111-3 of the public procurement code. In particular will be entrusted to the holder of each batch the following services: design, construction and associated financing of railway equipmentand management of orders and their execution with the manufacturers (s); Direct provision of railway rolling stock from the rail operator (s) in charge of the Night Tet Service; Heavy maintenance of railway roller equipment to be made available toor rail (s) operator (s). The consultation has two lots: lot 1 "locomotives" and lot 2 "cars".
