This consultation is carried out in the form of a suitable procedure subject to the provisions of article L2123-1 and article R2123-1, 1 °, of the public procurement code (CCP). This consultation is an initial consultation. It is an ordinary market. There is no planned cutting in lots. All services will be awarded by single market. There is no slice. On the other hand, the intellectual service market is made up of 3 phases: phase 1: assessment of the SLGBC of Lacanau 2023-2025, phase 2: assessment of the SLGBC of Soulac-sur-Mer in Verdon-sur-Mer 2023-2026, phase 3: assessment of the SLGBC of Naujac-sur-Mer in Grayan 2021-2027.
