The operation is a restructuring of medical units within the old HNFC urology service. The main objectives of the operation are: -Dting two new activities: a dentology unit (UO) + an Operational Off -Blocs Surgery Unit (UCHBO) -Extend the unit ofAmbulatory surgery (UCA) positioned in a contiguous service The area to be redeveloped is approximately 1,100 m2 of. The operation does not provide for a creation of new areas. The market includes: - Farm edge: Odontology unit and ambulatory surgery extension unit - Optional tranche: UnitOut of block surgery The slices are defined in the specifications. Each batch will be the subject of a separate attribution. The services are paid by flat prices. The execution time of each batch is broken down by edge as follows: firm slice: 6 months including 1 month ofOptional preparation/tranche: 4 months start forecast date for services: 07/15/2025
