- The stipulations of this document concern the services designated below: Restructuring work on the upper station of the Laquets hotel cable car at the top of the Pic du Midi de Bigorre - market attached to the restructuring and extension of the Laquets hotel business and the contract for the creation of an elevator between the hotel business and the Pic du Midi observatory - This work will be carried out in the existing station of the old cable car demolished in the 1970s for non-compliance. There destination of the station remains unchanged and must accommodate a 15-seat cable car coming or going. This cable car is intended to transport customers of the Hôtel des Laquets, a high-end high-altitude hotel, to pool resources with summit equipment and employees as well as completing the site evacuation plan during the summer season. The subject of the contract concerns interior development work at the station in addition to the work carried out as part of the creation of the cable car. This work is located on the classified site of Pic du Midi, and must meet the graphic and architectural line defined by the project owner and project management.
