- The purpose of this consultation is to conclude a works contract in all trades aimed at the restructuring of an office building into a social residence for young workers comprising 53 collective housing units (R+2) and 1 common room. The cleaning work of the existing building is not included in the basis of the TCE contract subject hereto (work in progress). The contract is the subject of a firm phase and two optional phases: - Firm phase: TCE restructuring work (C.E. nĀ° 2 to 25 and 27 to 29) - Optional phase 1: supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of furniture in private areas and small equipment (C.E. nĀ° 27, items 1.1 to 1.26) - Optional tranche 2: supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of kitchen furniture, household appliances and lighting (C.E. nĀ° 27, items 2.1 to 2.4) Maximum period for strengthening optional tranches: 12 months from notification of the contract.
