• Description:
• This is an ordinary market remunerated by application of a global and revisable fixed price. However, for these two lots, part of the services is carried out according to the purchasing technique of the framework agreement with a single-award purchase order with maximum amount in accordance with the provisions of articles L.2125-1 R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the public procurement code. For lot No. 01 (Technical inspection), the contract is concluded from the service order until the expiry of the period of guarantee of perfect completion, or after extension of this period if the reservations noted upon receipt of the work are not lifted at the end of this period. The expected duration of the market is 66 months (including GPA). For lot no. 02 (SPS Coordination), the contract is concluded from the service order until the last reservation for acceptance of the work is lifted. The expected duration of the market is 66 months (including GPA)
