Description:
The work will take place in an abandoned building near other active medico-social buildings, in a forced site and in which the nuisances must be limited. The new psychogeriatric unit provides for 20 hospital beds, the restructuring of the service, the integrationFrom the mobile team for the assessment of psychic disorders of the aged person, the improvement of patient comfort but also their safety, energy, technical and sustainable development performance. The overall period of execution of all the work is 19 months, including periodpreparation of 2 months, legal leave and days of bad weather and reception of the work. The execution of the contract and the works starts from the date fixed by the service order prescribing to start the work and ends on the date of completion of the work, as it will be retainedin the receipt of the work. The services subject to this consultation, may give rise to a new market for the realization of similar services spent in application of articles L. 2122-1 and R. 2122-7 of the public procurement code and which will be executedby the initial market holder. The duration during which new markets can be concluded cannot exceed three years from the notification of the initial market.
