Description:
The work consists of: Extension of the existing premises with the creation of an office, a changing room and women's personal toilets. In the existing building, creation of a personal male toilet, creation of a conviviality room and a small kitchen. Reduce the salt storage volume by 2 bays would allow the creation of 2 heavy goods vehicle garages on the SOUTH side. Modification of the existing gate in the opening direction for the possibility of building the extension at the property line. Creation of 3 parking spaces in front of the extension following the optimization of the operation of the storage boxes. Modify the unloading dock for safe use. Increase in the site's electrical power and upgrading to standards. The services are divided into 11 lots. It is recommended that candidates carry out a prior visit to the premises.
