Description:
The purpose of this market is to restructure? Extension of the high school (A0 building) Angers Le Fresnes in Sainte Gems sur Loire (49): - 2 extensions to the A0 building in simple DRC - Demolition of the modular Z4 constituting the current CDI - asbestos removal and demolition of the 3 levels (RDJ, RDC, R+1) of the wingSouth of the A0 building (classrooms, administration, school life and permanent contracts) - Creation of maintenance premises at the RDJ The work will be executed in the occupied site with partial recourse to modular building. The planning and phasing of the operation are built so as to maintain continuityof the establishment of the establishment by carrying out the work by phases and successively preserving in activity the floors of the southern wing which are not under construction. The site will therefore be low nuisance. The site will be executed on a site occupied and already under construction on other buildings, thecautious circulation of the devices must be a priority. This lot is launched to replace the exterior joinery of the A0 building not provided for the marketinitial.
