Description:
The EHPAD has a current capacity of 90 beds (including 12 double rooms) and has a kitchen
The Cucuron EHPAD has 51 beds.
In view of the obsolescence of the equipment at the Cucuron establishment, the decision was to group the 2
establishments on a single site. Thus, the project will include 141 beds including 14 UVP beds. The production kitchen
will be restructured to respect the move forward.
The operation consists of:
- Restructuring of the existing building
- The new extension of the EHPAD to ensure the transfer of EHPAD authorizations from Cucuron
- The development of outdoor spaces necessary for the proper functioning of the establishment
The surfaces are indicated in the consultation regulations.
The estimated cost of the work is approximately 11,500,000 euros excluding tax.
