Description:
The contract to be awarded is an ordinary, non-divided contract. This Consultation Concerns Only Lot No. 1 'Rental of Modular Buildings'. The Overall Work Operation Includes Ten (10) Lots. Lots No. 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 and 8 Are Subject to an Allotment Consultation Passed into Ad procedureapt (Boamp Notice No. 23-168513). Lot No. 4 "Modular Extension" is the subject of a subsequent contract under the framework agreement of the Metropole de Lyon No. 2021-1157. Lot No. 9 "Demolition" will be executed by the Holder of the Lyon Metropolitan Market No. 2020-465. Lot No. 10 "Drying Locker Room Furniture" Will also be launched independently. The 24-month deadline concerns the overall work operation. The operation schedule specifies the specific deadline for this lot1 (Appendix No. 1 Ccap). A review clause is provided for the replacement of accessories in Case of Deterioration (Art 25 Ccap)
