Description:
The objective of this consultation is to maintain the proper functioning of the school during the work of the restructuring and the energy renovation of the Jean Vigo high school. The region has planned to install modular buildings dedicated mainly for unmarked classrooms on site, 2 IT classrooms, a home for students and offices from the school management. In view of the availability of the plot, the latter will evolve according to the advancement of the work phases whose maximum number is 11 of modules of approximately 60 m2. This market does not break down Not in a slice. The market is treated at unit prices. The framework agreement will be carried out in application of articles R.2162-2, R.2162-4 to 9 and R.2162-13 and 14 of the public procurement code. The services will be carried out in accordance with the purchase orders issued within the framework of the market subject to this consultation that will specify the services to be performed as well as the execution deadlines. The unit price market will be a framework agreement for order orders without a minimum and with a maximum of 1,500,000 Euro (s) excl. It will have a maximum duration of 4 years from its notification.
