- The details of the missions entrusted to the holder appear in the specifications. The Albert gymnasium of MUN, built in 1977 in the south station district and classified as ERP type The gymnasium presents currently a lack of functionality, an advanced state of disrepair and a low level of thermal insulation. The locker room area appears to be particularly degraded and no longer meets the expected reception and use qualities. The present operation which is part of the application of the Tertiary Decree with the target of reducing the energy consumption of equipment by 40% and includes the following work: -The reconstruction of changing rooms and sanitary areas after asbestos removal and deconstruction, with massive use of biosourced materials; -The structural reinforcement of the two sports halls in connection with the thermal renovation work; -The thermal renovation of the building envelope (roofs and facades of the two halls sports), including asbestos removal work on the roof of the fencing room and promoting the use of biosourced insulation; -The installation of photovoltaic panels on the roof of the main hall; -The interior renovation of the two halls sports (floors, walls and ceilings); -The overhaul of all CFO/CFA networks, heating, ventilation, domestic hot water production; -The replacement of all lighting fixtures with LED systems...
