Restricted Competition For Project Management On Sketches For The Restructuring And Extension Of The Langevin School Group

Description of services: select a project management team within the frameworkthe restructuring and extension of the Langevin school complex in Nanterre, including the rehabilitation of the entire school complex and the reconstruction of the restaurant. The operation includes the interior requalification of the existing building of the school group and the new construction of acatering area, including the redevelopment of the two playgrounds (by giving more space to vegetation) and the creation of new accesses to the schools from the future park. The objectives of the operation are as follows: 1. Meet new needs while improvingt the functional organization of all the equipment and seek to optimize surface areas, 2. Achieve the objectives of the Nanterre Territorial Climate, Air and Energy Plan (PCAET) and those for reducing consumption targeted by the ELAN law, 3. Redevelop and green the 2 courtyards of recreationeation, 4. Improve the accessibility of the School Group as provided for in the Scheduled Accessibility Agenda of the municipality, 5.
