Restricted project management competition on sketch more for the construction of a technical center for water and sanitation management on the Souleville site in the town of Lamballe-Armor
The operation consists in building a technical center for water and sanitation management.
This future establishment will be located on the so-called Souleville site in Lamballe-Armor, with a land reserve of 11,500 m2.
It will be made up in particular of a tertiary and industrial building to accommodate the following teams:
- Network heritage management: 4 agents and one manager,
- SPANC: 10 agents and a manager,
- networks: 19 agents and a manager,
- Installations: 12 agents and a manager.
The program includes:
- a tertiary building for management and services,
- an industrial building,
- a specific vehicle storage area,
- Linked outdoor spaces to activities,
- VU/VL fleet parking,
- Personal parking and users.
In total, the program relates to the creation of 1860 m2 built and the development of approximately 5,000 m2 of outdoor spaces.
The ambition of the contracting authority is to aim for a tertiary building reaching the level of performance bepos (without certification or labeling objective).
The share of the forecast envelope allocated to work is 4,200,000 euros excl. Tax (basic - value May 2025).
