Description:
Competition organized with a view to the award of the project management market (MOE) for the construction of a Marie-Curie nursery school in the town of Vaux-sur-Seine (78).
Present consultation: MOE competition for the award of a negotiated MOE market in application of article R.2122-6 of the codeof public procurement (CCP).
This is a restricted competition on sketch after selection of applications by the jury in accordance with the provisions of articles L2125-1-2 , L2172-1, R2162-15 to R2162-22, R2162-24, R2172-2, R2172-4 and R2172-6 of the CCP. He is undertaken in order to designate the masterof work winner with which a negotiated MOE market will be concluded, with a view to entrusting the design and monitoring of the construction of this equipment.
The holder will be entrusted with a basic mission as defined in articles R2431-1 et seq.SSI, STD
