This competition concerns project management for the construction of a village hall, to the extension and rehabilitation of the school group and to the redevelopment of the heart of OROUet in Saint Jean-de-Monts (85).
Holidays and 1144 m2 for the school group including 416 m2 in extension and 728 m2 in rehabilitation.
5,680,000 EUR HT (value 07 2025) which can be understood:
IT, Telephone, excluding furniture not provided for the program (chairs, tables, cabinets, etc.), excluding special equipment related to activity according to indications brought to the PTD and excluding specific environmental approach (labialization or possible certification).
will be made up of a basic mission (ESQ, APS/APD, PRO, AC, EXE, Visa on all lots except the CVC lot in Exe, DET, AOR) and extended to additional missions (EST, CSSI).
