Description:
The gendarmerie will welcome 5 military gendarmes non-commissioned officers as well as a voluntary gendarme.
A useful surface of around 700 m2 is requested bringing together a service area (reception, expectations, offices, etc.), a technical area (garage, store, local generator, etc.) and a family areaIncluding 3 T4, 2 T5 and a studio.
External fittings are to be expected on approximately 700 m2.
The forecast envelope allocated to work is 1,700,000 euros HT (value February 2025).
Architecture skills, structure engineering, fluid (electrical engineering, CVC / plumbingSanitary), VRD, construction economy and OPC are required.
