- This consultation concerns a restricted competition for project management on sketch +, organized in accordance with the provisions of public procurement. The provisional financial envelope allocated to work by the client is 3,500,000.00 Euro (s) HT, value April 2025.of work must ensure the compatibility of his proposal with this budget. The designer is free to find the most judicious and innovative architectural design based on respect for the program. This contest notice aims at a prior selection of four (4) candidates,Made by the client on the basis of the proposals of a jury, subject to a sufficient number of participants. The City of Blanc-Mesnil wishes to initiate the construction of a new creche, as well as a production kitchen to supply all municipal creches. THEProject site is located in the Tilleuls district, north of the town of Blanc-Mesnil. This priority district is part of a new National Urban Renewal Program (NPNru) which aims in particular to renew the district housing offer and associated services: - CreationPublic equipment - Resumption of the green frame - Demolition of 900 dwellings - Reconstruction of 3,300 dwellings - Proposal for a commercial offer of 3,000 m2.
