Description:
Sketch-based project management competition.
The mission elements entrusted to the project manager are ESQ (competition report) / APS / APD / PRO / AMT / VISA / SYN / DET / AOR and the complementary missions OPC / SSI / SIGN / BDNA.
The mission concerns the construction of the building and its spaces exteriors.
The operational scope extends over approximately 11,644 m2 and concerns the construction of a building and its exterior spaces.
The project management team will be composed of at least the following skills: Architect (agent) and possibly associated architect and offices of studies with skills in the fields of structures, fluids, thermal, CFO/CFA, environmental quality (BDNA approach), construction economics, transport engineering with expertise in bio NGV, VRD, acoustics, OPC and SSI.
The architect will necessarily be the representative of the group. An exclusivity clause applies to candidate architects who cannot submit several offers by acting at the same time:
1) as individual candidates and members of one or more groups;
2) as members of several groups.
This exclusivity clause does not does not apply to other skills.
The estimated duration of execution planned for the execution of the services is 39 months.
