Description:
As part of its strategy to modernize and optimize its healthcare offering, the Romorantin-Lanthenay Hospital Center (CHRL), a public health establishment with 688 beds and places, is undertaking a structuring project to rehabilitate and extend its Medical-Chirurgical Building (BMC). This project aims to respond to major challenges: dilapidated infrastructure, dispersion of activities, saturation of flows, and unsuitability of premises with current support requirements.
This project carried out by the Romorantin-Lanthenay Hospital Center constitutes a major operation, characterized by the extent of the restructuring of existing buildings and spaces, but also with an extension and interventions relating to part of the real estate heritage and in particular:
- Firm phase of work
- The renovation and extension of the current entrance to integrate the spaces reception, admissions services and the switchboard;
- The construction of a building for emergency services / UHCD / SMUR, outpatient consultations (multipurpose medicine, ENT, ophthalmology, cardiology and endoscopy), administration and a cafeteria;
- Rehabilitation of emergency surfaces current to integrate a HDJ medicine;
- The integration of 2 new elevators for visitors and patients, serving R+1 and the levels of wing A (1969 building with hospitalization levels);
- Technical and regulatory upgrades to the BMC;
