Description:
the purpose of this consultation is a restricted project management competition for the reconstruction operation of the La Justice college in Cergy. It will be a simplified competition on APS (summary preliminary project), in which the four selected competitors will have to submit a preliminary project specifyingthe general composition in plan and volume as well as a 3d video presentation of their project, a methodology relating to the organization and phasing of the work integrating any technical innovations, allowing optimization of deadlines, energy performance and nuisancecaused in relation to the surrounding area, the estimate of the provisional cost of the work, the elements relating to the level of energy performance ambition in the context of the passive building labeling and the means implemented to achieve it and the elements of response to the goal of veconsolidation and sharing of the college's outdoor spaces. The establishment will have a capacity of 700 students, to which will be added a SEGPA, welcoming the two current fields of education. It will include, in addition to the teaching premises, a half-board service with a kitchenproduction, physical education and sports equipment, a playground. The staff accommodation will, for their part, be rehabilitated. The cost of the operation is estimated at 27.4 M euro(s) (T.T.C.) (April 2023 value), including an estimated cost of the works in the competition phase of 20.64 M euro(s). )...
