The Operation provides for the construction, in a single building: of a semi-open-air municipal collective creche with 36 places, on one level opening onto the garden, responding to the wishes of the city of Rennes to develop this concept for the well-being ofes children, allowing the following functions to be accommodated: - a children's area comprising 2 units and an activity/meal room - a reception area/adult premises (offices, toilets/showers, changing rooms, meetings, relaxation, meals, etc.). ).- logistics premises including a kitchen area (office, plounge, changing rooms, etc.) an innovative family reception (Afi) with 24 places, aiming to diversify the reception offer, which will be positioned upstairs to limit land consumption, just as for staff premises. This Afi will benefit from an exterior with a terrace upstairs,t access to the ground floor garden
