Description:
The basic mission is made up of the following elements:
APS, APD, PRO, ACT, DET, AOR
The market candidate will complete the Sketch studies (ESQ) in compliance with the operation program.
The holder will have then in charge of the summary preliminary design studies (APS), detailed preliminary design (APD), project studies (PRO) and assistance for the award of works contracts (ACT), management of the execution of works contracts (DET) and assistance during reception operations (AOR) .
The following additional missions will be integrated into the Project Management market:
-Diagnostic Mission (DIAG)
- Execution study (EXE) of all batches,
- Thermal studies and execution study linked to obtaining Passivhaus(r) certification
- Summary mission (SYNT) including the studies and the plans
- SSI coordination
- Realization of the project in BIM level 2 (Design, production, DOE)
- Environmental mission to take into account elements relating to energy, environmental and Carbon performance (ACV)
- Environmental assessment on a case-by-case basis (following decree of July 3, 2022)
- Establishment of the water law file
