Description:
the purpose of this consultation is a restricted project management competition for the construction operation of a 650 secondary school in Saint Ouen l'aumone. It will be a simplified competition on APS (summary preliminary project), in which the four selected competitors will have to submit a proutlining the general composition in plan and volume of their project, a schedule for completion, the estimate of the provisional cost of the work as well as a model and a 3d video presentation. The establishment will have a capacity of 650 students. It will include, in addition to teaching premisesnt, a half-board service with a production kitchen, physical education and sports equipment, a playground and four staff accommodation. The cost of the operation is estimated at 19.45 M euro(s) (T.T.C.) (March 2023 value), including an estimated cost of works in the competition phase.rs of 14.5 M euro(s) (T.T.C.) (value March 2023). Place of performance: Saint Ouen l'aumone - val d'oise - france. Provisional timetable (given as an indication): deadline for receipt of applications: May 12, 2023 first competition jury: June 23, 2023 receipt of projects: November 2023 secondcompetition jury: January/February 2024notification of contract: March 2024start of studies: April 2024start of works is scheduled for April 2025.
