- Restricted project management competition for the construction of a new swimming pool in Noisylesec Application phase. EST ENSEMBLE plans to install a new swimming pool in NoisyleSec. The main characteristics of the operation appear in the summary program of the operation attached to the competition rules which further specify the operation. The estimated amount of the operation is 35 million euros, all taxes included. EST ENSEMBLE intends to carry out the various procedures attached to this project, including in particular the procedure for selecting the project management team on APS, it being specified that the execution of the work and then the technical operation will take place within the framework of an operation and maintenance contract (REM). At the end of the restricted competition on APS, a negotiated market procedure without prior advertising or competitive bidding will be implemented. work (article R.21226 of the Public Order Code).
