Restricted project management competition for the construction of a new EHPAD / USLD on the site of the Emile Muller Hospital in Mulhouse
This is a limited competition organized in application of articles R.2162-15 to 26 of the public procurement code of April 1, 2019 which ends with the choice of or several winners.
The project management market will then be negotiated, with the competition (s) of the competition, in application of R.2122-6 of the public procurement code of April 1, 2019.
The operation relates to:
- the demolition of 3 MMMA pavilions in order to release the land grip necessary for the new construction,
The building will be located on part of the plot 0079 with an area of approximately 7,600 m2 (excluding parking). This plot is part of the site of the Emile hospital Muller located above the Rebberg hill. The future building will accommodate 130 beds spread over two types of accommodation: conventional accommodation divided into two 38 -seat units, and accommodation in closed units with a UHR divided into 2 units of 14 places, a UVP of 14 beds, a UCC of 12 beds
- The creation of a hundred parking spaces reserved for the project.
