• Restricted project management competition for construction of the Eybens South Technical Operations Center Project management competition based on sketch - applications phase. This contract is a project management mission for the construction of the Center Eybens South Mining Technique. The procedure is broken down into two distinct phases: - An application phase (phase 1 application) at the end of which the candidates admitted to submit an offer will be selected; - A project phase (phase 2 offer) at the end of which the winner(s) of the competition will be chosen. The objective of the project is: - To improve the working conditions of site agents by designing a building adapted to the uses and allowing the modularity of spaces to adapt to changing needs; - To construct a site and an exemplary building from an energy and environmental point of view. For this, the ambitions set go beyond the requirements of the RE2020 environmental regulations by achieving a value of energy consumption lower than 20% compared to the 2022 thresholds and a value of the carbon indices Ic energy and Ic construction lower than 30% compared to the 2022 thresholds defined by RE2020; - To ensure continuity of service during the works phase limiting the impacts on the activity of site agents.
