Description:
The operation subject to this consultation consists in the restructuring of the site of the Medico-educational Institute (I.M.E) Alfred Binet aux Mureaux (78). It is located at 6 rue des Gros Murs, on a cadastral plot of 37,153 m2, partially located in the natural area in the PLUI and in the flood zone under the PPRI.
The forecast program provides for the deconstruction of eight buildings with a total area of around 3,000 m2, the construction of approximately 2,480 m2 of useful surfaces (SU), the rehabilitation of two buildings with a total area of around 500 m2, the development of around 500 m2 of spaces exterior and the creation of approximately 50 parking spaces dedicated to I.M.E vehicles and its agents.
It is specified that the client envisages the use of industrialized construction in order to reach its different objectives.
