The purpose of this consultation is to appoint a winner with which the client will pass a project management market without advertising or prerequisite, if necessary after negotiations, in accordance with the provisions of article R2122 - 6 of the code of the code public order. The purpose of this market is to carry out project management services for the construction of a new bus deposit and a carpooling area in Lambres-lez-Douai:
