Description:
In view of the new developments in the activities of the Departmental Syndicate for Electrification and Rural Equipment of Charente-Maritime and the narrowness of the Headquarters premises, the Syndicate has decided to extend tertiary real estate resources in the broad sense in the ZI abalone from Pied to Saintes.
The importance of the additional real estate means led the SDEER to consider a global redeployment of its services, taking advantage of this operation for a strong ambition in terms of sustainable development and optimization of energy means, with regard to the Tertiary Decree , in particulart.
Quantitatively, the existing building represents 920 square meters of tertiary premises increased by 478 square meters in the basement to be compared with the program of 1,142 net useful square meters, i.e. 1,650 square meters of estimated floor space (increased by 478 square meters in the basement of the eexisting).
Given the urgent need for continuity of service of the resources of the Headquarters, the operation is envisaged in two stages with:
1.The construction of the extension taking into account the overall reflection in terms of technical resources of the building,
2. a restructuring of the real estate meanss existing for an upgrade on a certain number of points.
the Client allocates to the operation a provisional envelope reserved for the works of 4,130,000.00 euros excluding tax, i.e. 4,956,000.00 euros (including tax) ( value July 2022).
