- Grand Cognac is planning to create a shooting stand in Ars. This construction will allow the shooting company to host new licensees in suitable equipment, to organize competitions and championships of regional level according to the standards of the French shooting federation and To offer a panel of expanded activities to licensees by developing the sports and competition sports shooting for adults and young people. This equipment will also be available to the police: gendarmerie and police services for their training.
This consultation has for the purpose of the organization of a limited project management competition for the design and production of a shooting stand in Ars.
The consultation will take place in 2 phases:
- phase 1: selection of applications,
- Phase 2: classification of projects

This construction will allow the shooting company to host new licensees in suitable equipment, to organize competitions and regional level championships according to the standards of the French federation of shooting and to offer a panel of activities extended to licensees by developing the leisure and competition sports shooting for adults and young people.
