Description:
The purpose of this operation is to complete the restoration of the clos-couvert (operation 1) of Saint-Maclou Cathedral located at 53 rue de l'Hotel de Ville in Pontoise in Val d'Oise (95)
The work will be carried out in three phases of work:
- Firm section: Bell tower and courtyard gutter North
- Optional section 01: Roof and North and South facades of the nave and West facade of the South transept arm
- Optional section 02: Roofs of the north aisles, west and north elevations of the North Transept and the north aisles (spans 5 to 8)
The works are divided into 6 (six) lots

Sculpted decorations
Contractors' attention is drawn to the fact that certain lots will require specific skills and trades:
● Lot 02: Sculpted decorations
Candidates must integrate or associate with a specialized restorer with a master's degree II degree in conservation-restoration of cultural property, from the National Heritage Institute, from the MST of Paris I or equivalent who will be responsible for the critique of authenticity and the detailed record of alterations.
