Description:
The consultation concerns the restoration of the lower roofs of the Sainte Madeleine church. The work will focus on the restoration of the lower covers where repeated water infiltrations are noted. As a result, the wooden frame and wood joinery are damaged. Masonry/stone cut undergo significant alterations, wear of the epidermis and superficial erosion until the stone blocks completely disappear. A lack of protection of the stained glass windows is noted in all the bays of the high vessel. This is the relaunch of lot no. 1 Site installation - Scaffolding - Roofing, the work having not been able to start within the allotted time, the duration of the contract has become obsolete. Lot No. 2 Masonry / Cut stone was awarded during a previous consultation. The attention of candidates is drawn to the fact that the restoration of the covers will be held in a building open to the public. As an indication, forecast dates: Notification: early February 2026 / Start of the preparation period: early February 2026 / Start of work: early March 2026. Duration of the contract: 20 months from the date of notification of the contract to the contractor. Detailed execution schedule carried out with the incumbent company during the preparation period.
