Description:
The purpose of this market is the collective catering services of the Dance School of the Paris National Opera. As part of this market, the holder provides the preparation and distribution of meals to students, employees of the Paris National Opera and to any outside personauthorized. These services relate to the service of various meals during the day, according to a calendar communicated by the Dance School, Monday morning to Friday noon included, except in exceptional cases. These are breakfasts, lunches, snacks and dinners. The number of annual mealsMinimum and maximum are as follows: - Minimum number of breakfasts: 11,000. - Number of breakfasts maximum: 20,000. - Number of lunches (including adults) Minimum: 27,000. - Number of lunches (including adults) Maximum: 40,000. - Number of snacks minimum: 24,000.Maximum snack: 34,000. - Number of dinners (including snack) minimum: 9,000. - Number of dinners (including Snack) Maximum: 20,000.
