Description:
The services are paid by unit prices.
The estimated amounts are indicative and include all of the renewal periods.
The framework agreement runs within the framework of a group of orders constituted on the basis of articles L.2113-6 to L.2113-8 of the Code of the public with the following contracting powers:
-SEMOCTOM (Syndicat de l'Entre-deux-Mers-Ouest for the collection and treatment of household waste)
- SICTOM (Intercommunal union for the collection and treatment of household waste) from the South Gironde
- Smicotom (intercommunal medocain union for the collection and treatment of household waste)
Each member is responsible for the notification and execution of the market.
The competent tender committee is that of group.
The members of the group ensure the administrative, technical and financial execution of the market concluded for their own needs.
Each member may carry out orders with the holder selected
