The client is part of a socially responsible purchasing approach The contract is reserved for integration structures through economic activity (SIAE) mentioned in article L.5132-4 of the Labor Code and equivalent structures when they employ a minimum of 50% of disadvantaged workers in accordance with articles L.2113-13 and R.2113-7 of the public procurement code. The terms of article L.5132-4 of the Labor Code, integration structures through economic activity are: integration companies, temporary integration work companies,Intermediate associations and workshops and integration sites. It may also be all equivalent structures meeting these conditions, especially from another Member State. The candidates must produce proof of the recognition of the status of integration structureBy economic or equivalent structure activity, in particular by producing a copy of the Convention concluded with the State after advice of the Departmental Council of Integration through Economic Activity (CDIAE)
